Expensive, arrogant/ condensing / bad service, excessive & overstatement of work required.
Have used O Sullivan previously and have found to mine own detriment that he charges at lease twice to 3 times what another solicitor would charge for the same work. I have come to this conclusion as having used other solicitors for the same type of work.
The man presents as sympathetic but really turns out to be condescending and his main concern is his own financial benefit and not really putting your problems /case/concerns as the primary concern.
Expect to be charged for reviewing the file when you ring for a update on your case. This is when you have already being charged for a large amount of time to go through your case and develop your file at this stage. At any stage after this he should know your case details inside out.
He over complicates everything and creates a large amount of paper work / correspondence that says a lot but really means very little. He is a expert is talking and bluffing around a problem and not really dealing with the core issue in a very straightforward way. This method of working is just to exaggerate the time spent and your bill.
