Extremely unprofessional

A completely unhelpful and extremely unprofessional service in every aspect. Younger solicitor hasn't a clue and the old woman is never about. Went in with a genuine case and was treated like a criminal. Wouldn't waste my time or money with this joke of an establishment. Even the way they treat staff. Paid below minimum wage and worked like dogs! And let go whenever it suits them. (I'd give no stars if I could)
