I had Brendan Walsh for years as my solicitor , he dealt with family law, house sale etc etc, he travelled from one end of the country to another for me and my family even though at times I knew he would not recieve huge monetary reward for same, Brendan helped me when no one else would, I have nothing for praise for this man and his work , when push comes to shove he knows exactly what he is doing,

Brendan Walsh handled 2 cases for me . The one I am reviewing was the second . He has had it on his books for over 7 years . Before that he was the solicitor handling it with his previous employer. The only time I hear from him is when I complain about not knowing what is happening. He blames all delays on the barrister. I instructed a new solicitor to take over the case and mr Walsh wants thousands to hand over my file. He then changed the amount to A much higher amount . this shows the lack of organisation and professionalism if they cannot even keep track of they're outlay on the case . The reason he states for the increase on the bill is that on my previous case I asked him to let me pay the bill once my second case was settled. Yeah right wink wink nudge nudge . This would suggest he is a very trusting individual or not very intelligent with a terrible business sense. Either way I feel he is dishonest
