Negligent stitching after episiotomy

1

I turned to Mr Emmet Halley with failed episiotomy, I can write now long story about my complains but summarising I had an hour long restitching procedure after my second baby by a student or a person who never did anything like that before without appropriate painrelife. My labour and delivery was a dream that every women wishing for, without any pain relife and the nightmare started with the stitches....and the story did not ending like that my wound did not heal properly so they put me on antibiotic for weeks, and nearly after 2 years I still suffering as they let me there with a pea size of excess skin hanging there, and right beside that I have a split that keeps bleeding.....So Mr Halley sent me to an "expert" to examine if this complain is worth for a case or not. We went to see Mr Richard Stephens to St James' s hospital Dublin, I would like to emphasize he is a COLORECTAL surgen, I still do not know how the gynecological issue relates to colorectal surgeon? ???? This meeting was my most mortifying thing jn my life, he was asking about my movements he went to examine my while he had my full story front of him at his desk. After this meeting I told about that to Mr Emmet Halley whos said we have to wait Mr Richard's letter before we can talk about the followings, and when he got the letter they have made the decision my complain is not a case.....after I have paid 300 euro for the person who has no idea about episiotomy....but Mr Richard has contacted my Gp to refer me for plastic surgery to fix my failed stitches. So I am asking here now, every episiotomy ends up with plastic surgery?? When they put you a sleep and you have to leave your family for a day and after you cannot work and leave your life properly for the long healing period? Or every episiotomy ends up with long years of bleeding ?? If yes, then my issue is not a case....but I do not think so....So sadly I have to say it was a biggest mistake to turn to the Mm Halley Solicitors and I cannot recommend them anybody, unless if you have extra money that you cannot spend.
Oh and last but not least I met with Mr Halley in early this year January and he contacted me about his opinion in June which means I have lost half year for nothig, and in 2017 January my two years after the incident is over so every minute is counting....
