Frizelle O'Leary & Co.

I have been dealing with John from frizelle o Leary for about 3 years over seeing my daughter. On the first visit to court I waited for John. Court started at about 10. He couldn't be found I eventually got through to the office and was told he wasn't in and another girl would sort it. On the second ocassion he put my case on the court docket and sent a letter . After some time I sorted it with my ex partner and i was charged me €350. Wow??????? On the 3 occasion about 2 months later he advised me to stop paying maintenance and suggested I walked away from my daughter. I sacked him on the spot. He is all over the place. Not very good at his job and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Take your business to someone who is actually up to date and knows what there advising clients. He was shocking. I'm with a far superior solicitor now in Wexford.
